Ukestral Voices
We are singing together outside!
WHERE AND WHEN?
Due to Covid restrictions we need to sing outdoors for awhile. So our new venue, The Railway Sheds, are located in the Foreshore Park of Newcastle (near Nobby’s). There will be a slight change in times because of fading light (Wednesday nights) and heat (Friday afternoons) so please note that below
- Wednesday evenings 6.30-8pm
- Fridays afternoons 4-5.30pm
- NO FRIDAY CHOIR 26th February
Current Repertoire: The Wellerman, Yil Lull, Let it Go, Listen to the Music, Khumbaya, Tongo, In This Heart, Waterfalls, and Hotaru Koi.
COST & PAYMENT
Most Zookestrans and Ukestrans pay through the very affordable ‘Uketen’. Details on that are here. A choir class is the same as a ukestra session ($14.50).
If you don’t yet want to commit to a uketen, you can pay a casual fee of $18 via Direct Deposit.
