Once again Ukestral Voices is a part of the National Folk Festival in the Street Choir program.
It’s at Easter in Canberra – 17-21 April 2025. Can you join us?
You get a free performers and camping ticket if you are a part of the Ukastle Ukestra; ordinarily, tickets for attending and camping at the Nash are in the order of $600. You, as a performer, do not pay this.
We ask that only regular Ukestral Voices members join us for this wonderful opportunity.
You probably know that the Ukastle Ukestra has also been accepted to perform as part of the National Folk Festival 2025. If you elect to do both the choir and the ukestra, you will only pay one registration/rehearsal fee.
What will Ukestral Voices be doing at the 2025 National Folk Festival?
As in previous years, Ukestral Voices will be doing 6 Street Performances. These will not be joint ones with the Ukastle Ukestra, but perhaps you might choose to join in with the ukestra too. That’s up to you.
How do I participate?
If you are a regular member of one of Jane’s two weekly choirs and would like to come, please fill in the below form and do let Jane know personally.
The admin fee from us is $60. If you are also doing the Ukestra, only one $60 fee will be applied. Fill in this form to express your interest and be kept up to date.
If you are a regular Ukestran, catch up with the obligations and exciting opportunities for the Ukastle Ukestra here.
