The Newcastle Ukulele Community makes a very significant contribution to the Blue Mountains Ukulele Festival, probably the largest of any community (outside of the Blue Mountains community themselves).
The festival is on the weekend of 9-11 February 2024. The Ukastle Ukestra are performing on Saturday 10 February at 6pm. Ukestral Voices perform at 2:30pm and there are perhaps another half dozen Newcastle-related ukulele groups performing throughout the day as well.
We invite you to be a part of our ukestra performance which is always rather schmick and a lot of folk! Rehearsals will be Zoomed and recorded, so don’t let geography hold you back! Register your interest below.
