Ring the last bell at The Edwards and celebrate and sing one song for the greatest community event of every year. Learn how to make gravy using Paul Kelly’s revered family recipe.
This very special event is being held in the main restaurant of The Edwards where the air conditioning is perfect if it is going to be a hundred degrees or even more maybe.
The Edwards closes down for a short Christmas break immediately after our One Song Sing, so imbibe or degustate before (and maybe one drink afterwards. But the Eddies staff also want to get home to give their love to Angus, and to Frank and Dolly).
If you know our version on the uke, bring it along, and look after Rita, we’ll be thinking of her, but Roger, we’ll even miss Roger, because there sure as hell ain’t gunna be anyway I’m gunna miss this family event.
