Join us at the Island View Ukulele Festival in Opotiki – 18-20 January 2019
This is a fantastic weekend of music, cultural welcoming, being at on and in the beach, having fun, being with friends and making new ones. Can you think of a nicer time to be in Opotiki? Do you even know where it is?
The 2019 Festival is featuring one of New Zealand’s most treasured musical and idiotic icons …
The Big Muffin Serious Band …us invading Aussies …
that’d be us…Ukestralia (register below)
And what about your group? If you would like to perform, you can fill in this application form here.
Go here for the Island View Holiday Park (which is where a lot of the festival activities will be held). They have a wide array of accommodation options (from tents, to Winnebago sites, to apartments). Note that people have been trying to book accommodation and it is showing everything is booked. You are better to ring the facility, as all booking systems are not showing 6 months ahead….this includes motels.
